Marketplace Design Reviewer – Part Time

Webflow is a platform that aims to bring development superpowers to everyone by allowing people to build websites visually without writing code. We are looking for a Marketplace Design Reviewer to ensure that the quality of the Marketplace assets meets the demands of our community, empowers our customers, and makes Webflow the best product possible.

About the role 

• Location: Remote-first (United States; & ON, Canada)
• Part-time (with at least 5 overlapping hours in PST, US/California)
• Non-Exempt
• $50/hr

We have ambitious goals for 2023 to continue to build our Marketplace, and we’re looking for candidates who can work 20 hours per week, spread between Monday-Friday. Please let us know your availability and timezone in your application!

As a Marketplace Design Reviewer, you’ll …

• Review applications to the Marketplace core programs, such as 3rd party Assets, like Templates and Libraries, and service provider applications.
• Ensure Webflow’s high-quality standards for Assets & Services and provide detailed feedback and guidance to applicants on their designs and qualifications.
• Work through the submission queue in a consistent and timely manner and be comfortable using project management software.
• Support our service providers and creators community by answering questions and helping them make updates to their content in the Marketplace.
• Provide consistently high-quality customer experiences for all Webflow creators, service providers, and customers.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Marketplace Design Reviewer, if you have:

• A deep understanding of Webflow products. Experience with other web design tools, integrations, and platforms is a plus.
• A proven design background and deep understanding of design principles, including web design quality, functionality, and accessibility.
• Comfortable working with project management software.
• Ability to work autonomously, creatively, and kindly with the team while empowering and supporting those around you.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in the English language and are comfortable providing feedback and support to external parties.
• Practice radical candor with your team to communicate clearly.
• Ability to meet the role’s requirements even if you don’t meet all of them.
