What will you be doing at DeepL?

DeepL is tech for good, dismantling communication barriers around the wold and constantly expanding to new markets. Be part of our growth right at the center of the DeepL customer experience. You’ll join our Digital Success team who owns our large Tech Touch customer base that we serve with digital communication solutions. Help us provide excellent support to these customers all around the world.

  • Customer Engagement: Planning, execution and reporting on our (semi)-automated workflows for our customer segment in the areas of onboarding and product adoption/engagement together with our Digital Success team
  • Segment Ownership: Take charge of the Tech Touch customer segment together with our CRM – and Content-Management, devising strategies to propel their digital success and satisfaction
  • Interaction: Responsible to interact with customers on all touchpoints from our automated campaigns & strategies to fulfill our customers needs
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data and utilization patterns/needs and extracting insights
  • Expansion and churn prevention: Strong focus on these metrics in regard to product adoption as well as contractual expansion
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate harmoniously with Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and drive the triumph of the Tech Touch segment

About you

  • Previous experience in customer success (Tech Touch) within the B2B SaaS industry or previous experience in Digital Success
  • A robust grasp of SaaS products and the technology landscape
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with customer success tools and platforms such as Zendesk, Hubspot and/or Salesforce
  • Ability to setup e-mails and workflows in Hubspot is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, German and preferably good knowledge of an additional language
  • A data-centric mindset, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from customer communication
  • A proactive, self-motivated disposition with the capacity to work autonomously
