I completed a remote technical interview and was invited to a final video call, but no agenda or interviewer names were provided. The recruiter only said it would be “a conversation with the team,” and the meeting was extended twice without explanation. I am trying to prepare, but I do not know whether to expect culture questions, another assessment, or a discussion about the role changing. Is this usually a sign of a disorganized hiring process, or is it common at distributed companies?

An extended final call sounds vague, but the useful fact is who attends; ask for names and whether it includes evaluation, ideally 24 hours ahead.
