Owned the full B2B client integration lifecycle, including intake, requirements and data scoping, testing, production rollout, and partner communication. Delivered 10–20 integrations annually across SwissRETS, IDX, Kyero, XML, JSON, and RETS-based real-estate data standards.

Connected and maintained partner feeds through FTP, SFTP, and URLs; mapped source data in an internal tool; and monitored imports in test and production. Provided English-language L2 support through HubSpot, handled 10–20 tickets per day, and participated in weekly on-call coverage for feeds, synchronization, geolocation, upload, and email-delivery incidents.

Diagnosed REST API and geocoding issues with Postman, Swagger, Chrome DevTools, HTTP headers, tokens, and status codes. Validated locations through Google Maps API, escalated reproducible bugs in Jira, queried PostgreSQL for data verification, and worked with Azure Blob Storage, Chargebee, Power BI, and Mailchimp/Mandrill.

Managed end-to-end document-processing operations for 15–30 active clients and monthly volumes of 2,000–3,000 pages. Coordinated translation workflows using Smartcat, Trados, DeepL, and ChatGPT while maintaining delivery quality and SLA compliance.

Built a Google Apps Script utility to calculate translated character volumes from Google Docs and compile monthly billing statistics in Google Sheets, saving 6–8 hours of manual work per month. Ran automated QA with Verifika and managed project tracking through Trello and Notion.

Provided L1/L2 support for POS systems, client network equipment, and related integrations, resolving up to 30 incidents daily through osTicket. Investigated REST API integrations between POS platforms and B2B or government services.

Executed PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server queries for troubleshooting and verification. Used RDP to diagnose Windows Server and virtual-machine environments, configured TCP/IP networks and VPN tunnels, onboarded new engineers, and organized a bilingual internal knowledge base.

Designed and deployed IT infrastructure for a 15–20-person office from scratch, covering network routing, workstations, SIP telephony, hardware procurement, and contractor coordination.
