ICT field service technician

Customer service and technical support professional with 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles across copier sales, telecommunications, banking and retail. I sold around 8 Konica Minolta copiers a week, made around 20 customer calls a day, and gave after-sales and technical support. Currently a field support technician at Motivity ICT, supporting Standard Bank infrastructure for NTT DATA. I run my own 360 photo booth business, Finesse Lenses. I speak English, Sotho and Zulu, type quickly, and have used the HOP ticketing system. I work from a dedicated home office in Cape Town with a backup internet link, and I’m available for remote customer service, customer support, sales support and technical support roles.
