I have experience in customer service through my previous job which was in a fast-paced environment, dealing with difficult customers. This is why I think I am a good fit for the role of a customer service based job as I have empathy and understand why communication skills are so important and effective in a role like this.
I have almost a year and a half worth of customer service experience working in a pharmacy and adapting to peoples specific needs. This has demonstrated my skills such as communication, problem solving, teamwork and organisation.
