Lead the global Talent Acquisition function for a four-region, 1,700-person BPO serving healthcare, legal, and technology clients. Own workforce planning, recruitment, training, onboarding, departmental budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation, while leading a team of 13 talent acquisition specialists across four countries.

Conducted international labour-market assessments and provided data-driven workforce-planning recommendations to senior stakeholders. Designed graduate and early-career talent pipelines, competency frameworks, and assessment tools, and led BambooHR implementation from vendor scoping through configuration and rollout.

Delivered full-cycle agency recruitment for financial services, fintech, and real-estate clients, including globally recognised institutions. Managed sourcing, candidate assessment, placement, and senior-level hiring requirements.

Acted as a primary client contact, managing institutional relationships and providing market intelligence, candidate assessment summaries, and recruitment advisory support.

Delivered full-cycle recruitment, HR business partnering, candidate sourcing, placement, and payroll administration across multiple industry verticals in Southern Africa. Supported FMCG and agriculture clients across the SADC region.

Led approximately two labour arbitration and compliance-investigation cases each month, representing clients through disciplinary processes, grievance procedures, and formal labour-relations proceedings in Zimbabwe.
