I am a People and Business Transformation leader with more than 18 years of experience in multinational organizations across Argentina, Latin America, and global environments. My career has progressed from local operational HR roles to regional and global leadership positions.
I have led strategic people, culture, learning, and transformation initiatives at Santander Group, PagoNxt, Getnet Argentina, Accenture, and Kantar Ibope Media. I specialize in connecting people strategy with business growth, organizational transformation, and capability building.
As Global Head of Learning at PagoNxt, I designed the global learning function for 6,000 employees across eight countries and created the Payments Academy. I have experience leading distributed international teams and partnering with C-level stakeholders across diverse cultural and regulatory contexts.
As part of the founding management team at Getnet Argentina, I helped scale the fintech organization from launch to break-even, growing it to 160 employees. I built people and culture foundations including talent acquisition, compensation, employee experience, learning, labor relations, employer branding, OKRs, and eNPS.
I have also led regional HR integration and transformation programs across Southern Cone countries, with additional projects throughout Latin America. My background combines HR business partnering, organizational development, change management, labor relations, learning, agile practices, and executive stakeholder management.
I hold a Master's degree in Labour Policies and Industrial Relations, a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations with Honors, and certifications in ontological coaching and agile methodologies. I am also an experienced university lecturer and speaker on people, fintech, future of work, and organizational transformation.
