Administrative, Consumer and Business Lawyer

I provide independent legal advisory and consulting services to clients in Peru, the United States, and Europe. I represent and advise clients before public and private institutions, government agencies, and regulatory authorities.

My services include company incorporation and ongoing legal support for business operations, with a focus on administrative, consumer, and business law matters.

I drafted administrative resolutions to initiate administrative sanctioning procedures and provided legal support within Peru's National Control System.

At the Sub-Management of Health Sector Control, I performed concurrent and subsequent control activities, reviewed audit reports, advised on legal matters, and supervised Institutional Control Bodies. I also monitored implementation of health-sector control recommendations and supported the incorporation and restructuring of the Institutional Control Body within the Comptroller General's Office.

At the Sub-Management of Economic and Financial Control, I worked on customs and tax-sector matters, including audits of contracts involving the BIF and the Chancay mega-port.

I provided legal advice to consumers and prepared administrative complaints involving banks, insurance companies, real estate companies, and other service providers.

I represented clients at administrative hearings, participated in on-site inspections related to misleading advertising and abusive clauses, and delivered training on consumer rights.
