ERP & Application Support Lead | Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL & APEX

I manage ERP software projects, including installations, go-live activities, user training, and ongoing application support for customer environments. I analyze business requirements and provide ERP solutions covering finance, accounting, HR, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, store, sales, and shipment processes.

I troubleshoot application and database incidents, develop SQL and PL/SQL solutions, and support integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications. I work with REST APIs, JSON, web services, reporting, and operational data analysis while coordinating critical issue resolution across application, database, server, and network layers.

I provided project and technical support for Logo ERP solutions in the Cyprus distribution environment. My work included implementation assistance and customer support.

I supported the operational use of ERP systems and helped address technical and project-related requirements for customer environments.

I managed ERP, retail automation, and IT operations for market and store environments. My responsibilities included operating systems, software deployments, hardware, networking, and system-room operations.

I supported reporting, analysis, POS and store systems, and daily technical operations for retail business units. I helped maintain business continuity for operational systems and users.

I led IT operations for 42 stores, a warehouse, and headquarters, supporting retail automation, ERP, reporting, user support, and store infrastructure. I coordinated technical teams and operational continuity for store openings, stock operations, purchasing and sales flows, and central systems.

I managed network and security infrastructure including VPN, VoIP, firewalls, routing, Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory, and remote desktop environments. I also supported Oracle-based applications, Oracle Forms and APEX, custom reports, POS systems, handheld terminals, backup and recovery, and multi-user production environments.
