Business analyst/service designer & Project/product manager

In 2021 I left DEPT and joined iDA NL, a competence center of Cronos NL. At iDA I work as a business analyst, service designer and product owner. iDA is a Belgian/Dutch digital experience platform (DXP) services provider focused on digital content management and marketing solutions. As an Adobe Solution Partner, iDA delivers Adobe Experience Cloud DXP implementation, maintenance and operations services to customers in Benelux countries.

DEPT is a global digital agency. Tricode was acquired by DEPT in 2017 and renamed “DEPT Technology” in 2018. Same work, different name: at DEPT, I was still doing DXP solution consultancy, bid/project/account & team management, platform & service design for the delivery of B2C and B2B digital experience and ecommerce solutions. DXP solutions delivered by DEPT projects I was involved in were made using Magnolia CMS or Adobe Experience Manager (content management), CommerceTools (e-commerce), Apache SOLR (search), GlobalLink (translations) and auxiliary systems and services integrations.

I worked as a business & solution consultant/analyst, bid/project/service manager, Scrum master & product owner for this Dutch/North-Macedonian digital services provider for +7 years. Tricode provided software development, maintenance and hosting services of digital experience, e-commerce and e-business platform solutions. These solutions were built in Magnolia CMS or Adobe Experience Manager (content management), Intershop or CommerceTools (e-commerce), or as bespoke Java apps (e-business).

I worked for the Software Development & Maintenance Center (SDMC) software factory of international IT services provider Atos Origin Benelux as a project manager on outsourced web development projects. The SDMC work consisted of coordination of (sometimes agile and offshored) web portal development projects for multinational tech companies and Dutch governmental organizations. Methodologies used were Prince2 and agile principles tailored to (offshored) software factory work processes. Technologies used were MS.NET, MS Sharepoint and Java.

From 2001 to 2008 I worked as a project/product/delivery/bid manager, business & solution (presales) consultant, business analyst and software designer for business units of both Centric Software Engineering (custom software solutions) and Centric IT Solutions (software products) . Centric is a large Dutch IT services provider .
