Hello, I’m Veridiana. It’s nice to meet you!
I’m a seasoned language specialist seeking a new challenge.
I am open to roles where I can put my skills to good use! In summary, I work chiefly with translation, editing, proofreading, machine translation, data annotation, and writing for AI.
I am tech-savvy and a tireless learner, and have just completed my master’s degree. My expertise includes handling multiple projects at a time, collaborating with peers, vendors, and clients, communicating, and providing support. I’m passionate about facilitating communication and delivering high-quality projects, helping clients achieve their goals through a translation project or solving a customer’s ticket with excellence.
I’m interested in shifting to the more techy side of the force, and I’ve just completed the European Master’s in Technology for Translation and Interpreting, for which I was awarded a full Erasmus scholarship (em-tti.eu). I am interested in pursuing technical writing roles and more managerial positions like project management.
I have full-time availability, and I am eager to start a new challenge after a 2-year study “break” with my master’s degree, so let me know if I can help! I am a positive person, always with a can-do attitude, and not afraid to put in extra hours for what I love doing. I do well with routine, but I am also highly adaptable (a Brazilian who has lived in Finland, the USA, Spain, and Bulgaria, where I live now!). I thrive in multicultural contexts and am happy to connect with people. For this reason, I am also interested in customer support roles.
Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have further questions! π
Sincerely, Veridiana
