About me
I started working customer service and collections on a dialer for checking and savings accounts in 1998. In 2002 management discovered how good I was at collections. I learn quickly, follow instructions, detail orientated, empathetic yet firm. All of this with the training the more time went on and I was top collector from 2006 until 2015. Started in banking and ended in foreclosures and modifications than by choice went on to San Bernardino County Fire Department as a collections Officer and training all new hires.
