Customer Service Professional

• Meet with students who need assistance with college navigation, counseling, as well as help with career
paths
• Meet with students on the Autism Spectrum as well as students who tackle anxiety or other obstacles
to enable a smooth transition into the college lifestyle
• Help students with the challenges of finding the right resources for progression in their majors or
changing career paths
• Various computer work/tasks
• Write session summary notes for the students to track progress
• Scan and fax documents as well as do outreach

• Prepare, process, price and put out clothing from the stock room to the sales floor
• Assist with customer service and selling the Mango brand as well as the club card which acts like a
coupon and points to customers
• Greet customers at the store entrance and help them navigate the store
• Collaborate with the visual team to ensure all clothing meets the ideal size and number count standards
• Use electronic equipment to scan items into the stockroom as well as use to check for inventory
• Help close the store towards the end of the workday by folding clothing items and ensuring a neat
presentation of the store for the next day
