I am a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist with extensive experience in providing high-quality dental care. My journey in dental hygiene began after earning my Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Rose State College. I have worked in various dental practices, where I have honed my skills in performing thorough dental cleanings, conducting comprehensive oral examinations, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. I take pride in my ability to collaborate with dentists to develop customized treatment plans that meet each patient’s specific needs.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to staying updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices by participating in continuing education courses regularly. I believe that patient comfort is paramount, and I am skilled in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation to ensure a pleasant experience for my patients during procedures. My attention to detail allows me to maintain accurate patient records and follow strict infection control protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients.

In my previous roles, I have demonstrated exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally. I am adept at managing appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize productivity while ensuring adequate time for each patient’s care needs. My experience includes utilizing advanced technology such as the Itero scanner for patient education and Invisalign scans, which enhances the overall patient experience.

I have also served in the United States Air Force as a Dental Technician, where I developed a strong foundation in dental care and teamwork. My military service has instilled in me a sense of discipline and dedication that I carry into my professional life as a dental hygienist.
