I am a dedicated Product Specialist with a strong background in client communication and data management. My experience at Harvard Business Publishing has equipped me with the skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their technical and contractual needs are met. I pride myself on my ability to analyze client data and maintain internal databases, which has been crucial in supporting our product teams.

Throughout my career, I have worked collaboratively on various projects, including data storage and technical debt initiatives. My role often involves working closely with Product Owners to resolve sensitive client issues, and I consistently meet service level agreements while exceeding key performance indicators.
