I am Yandry Rodríguez Aguilera, a dedicated professional with a strong background in education, human resources, and management. Over the years, I have developed expertise in teaching, leadership, and administrative roles, particularly within academic and organizational settings. My academic journey includes a Master’s degree in Managerial Accounting and a Licentiate in Education with a specialty in Electrical studies, which have equipped me with a solid foundation to contribute effectively in both educational and managerial capacities.

Currently, I serve as the Head of the Human Resources Group at UEB Sorbetos Banes and as an Assistant Professor at CUM Banes. These roles allow me to combine my passion for education with my skills in human resource management, fostering growth and development within my teams and students. I have also gained valuable experience in hospitality and commercial management, which has broadened my perspective and enhanced my interpersonal and organizational skills.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in research and publication, focusing on educational technology, digital transformation, and pedagogical methodologies. I have authored numerous articles and participated in various national and international conferences, which reflect my commitment to continuous learning and contribution to the academic community.

I am proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, enabling me to communicate effectively in diverse environments. My professional development is supported by extensive postgraduate training in areas such as cybersecurity, digital transformation, labor legislation, and negotiation techniques, which keep me updated with current trends and best practices.

I am passionate about leveraging technology and innovative methodologies to improve educational outcomes and organizational efficiency. My goal is to continue growing as an educator and leader, contributing to the advancement of my institution and the broader community through research, teaching, and effective management.
