I am Kutay Karaoglu, a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Language from Dumlupinar University. I am a fast learner, responsible, and a team player who is hardworking and solution-oriented. In this role, I provide technical and customer support via Zendesk, assisting players with in-game bug issues and billing-related queries.
