Financial Manager

I am a strategic and self-motivated Financial Manager with a well-established track record in operational finance and leadership across medium to large businesses. Over the course of my dynamic career, I have progressed from entry-level to executive roles, consistently driving performance while embracing diverse corporate cultures and environments. I am experienced in compliance and audit, including tax calculations and submissions, statutory and funding audit preparation, internal control audits, risk evaluation, and fraud audit investigations.

I have strong transactional and technical accounting skills such as cash flow reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, bookkeeping to trial balance, general ledger oversight, bank reconciliations, and trustee expense postings. I also provide operational support and leadership by managing teams of up to 13 staff, training and supervising finance personnel, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting executive and operational teams.

My experience spans multiple industries including retail, travel, public benefit and social impact sectors, automotive, audit practice, and manufacturing. I am proficient with various financial systems and structures, including fixed asset register maintenance, audit program execution, group company structures, and consolidated reporting.
