Project Manager & Business Consultant

I am a Project Manager and Business Consultant with a background in Industrial Management Engineering and a strong passion for innovation and technology. I specialize in process automation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making. I lead projects that connect business objectives with intelligent solutions, always aiming to drive efficiency, collaboration, and measurable business impact across global environments.

Currently, I work as a Digital Project Manager at La Web de Seguros, where I lead the company’s digital transformation by optimizing marketing, analytics, and internal operations. I design and implement AI-driven automations to enhance efficiency and improve internal processes. Additionally, I manage the website and social media strategy to increase brand visibility and user engagement.

Previously, I served as a Technical Consultant for R&D and Innovation at Leyton Iberia S.L., preparing technical and financial reports for R&D and digital transformation projects. I automated documentation and report generation processes to improve project efficiency and managed client and internal communication to ensure alignment and quality delivery.

I hold multiple master’s degrees from EAE Business School & University of Barcelona (IL3) and ENEB: European Business School of Barcelona, focusing on Project Management, Big Data & Business Intelligence, and Digital Business. I also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management Engineering from the University of Málaga.

My professional experience includes managing industrial and construction projects using BIM tools, coordinating cross-functional teams, and promoting digitalization and automation to improve project efficiency. I have also worked as a Production Process Engineer, implementing process automation initiatives, building KPI dashboards, and improving workflow coordination and operational performance across departments.

I am fluent in Spanish (native) and English (full professional proficiency). I am proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. I also have expertise in data and business intelligence tools like Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems including SAP and Dynamics. My AI and automation skills include ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, Sora, Zapier, n8n, and ComfyUI.
