About me
I am a Senior Master Data Management Analyst and MDM Architect with extensive experience in launching and managing global MDM teams. I specialize in defining core processes, creating standard operating procedures, and building dashboards to ensure operational readiness. My expertise includes managing offshore resources and modernizing enterprise data operations by implementing advanced tools and automations.
I have successfully replaced legacy systems such as Salesforce Informatica with Validity DemandTools, and developed scalable Power BI and Power Query automations to enhance data workflows. My work involves engineering fuzzy-matching and deduplication logic to improve data accuracy and eliminate duplication across Salesforce contacts and accounts.
