I am an entry-level Cybersecurity and IT Support Professional with certifications from Alison and Google, specializing in cybersecurity fundamentals and IT support. I have hands-on experience securing client systems, streamlining IT workflows, and deploying ERP systems. My skills include threat mitigation, network troubleshooting, and configuring security tools to protect small business environments.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a Freelance IT Consultant, where I secured over 50 client systems by installing critical software and hardware patches. I also automated email workflows to reduce manual tasks and built secure WordPress websites with SSL certificates and malware scans.
