Technology Training Specialist

I am Tung Q. Đao, a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Mathematics, Business Analytics, and Management. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed strong analytical and technical skills that I have applied in various professional and volunteer roles. I am passionate about leveraging technology to support business operations and enhance client experiences.

In my role as a Technology Training Specialist at AVI Tax Services, I organized and maintained client data to support strategic planning, managed IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations, and supported business continuity through proactive technical troubleshooting. This experience strengthened my ability to manage IT systems and coordinate projects effectively.

Previously, I gained hands-on experience as an IT Intern at Chipo Vietnam (Nexttech), where I learned about web development and assisted in web debugging tasks. This internship helped me build foundational skills in web technologies and problem-solving.

I also served as an Inter-Department Intern at Pan Asia Logistics in Vietnam, supporting the finance team with invoice creation and freight fee calculations, while providing customer service and administrative support across departments. This role enhanced my organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Beyond my professional experience, I have been actively involved in community and leadership roles. As a Coordinator for the Vietnamese Community in Vancouver, Washington, I led cultural events and educational programs for Vietnamese youth, fostering community engagement. Additionally, I volunteered as a Tutor in Vancouver, advising students and providing academic support to help clarify complex concepts.

My technical competencies include Python, R, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, data analytics and visualization, web debugging, IT support, project coordination, and client communication. I have also achieved strong standardized test scores, including SAT and TOEFL, demonstrating my academic proficiency and English language skills.

I am eager to contribute my skills and experiences to a dynamic team where I can continue to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact through technology and analytics.
