Senior Service Technician

I am a Senior Service Technician with over 15 years of experience specializing in IT infrastructure, network deployments, and field operations. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in server deinstallation, firewall configuration, and hardware rollouts. I am adept at troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing peer training, and maintaining excellent client relations.

I have a proven track record of leading projects and ensuring seamless technology transitions with minimal disruption. My expertise includes managing onsite hardware transitions, executing firewall installations, and maintaining proficiency in SD-WAN protocols. I am comfortable working with a variety of hardware including HP servers, OnQ systems, and Cyber Power equipment.

In addition to my technical skills, I have experience in logistics and material transport from my time as a fence installer and driver, which has strengthened my ability to manage projects efficiently. I have also worked as an independent IT contractor, providing technical support, system imaging, virus removal, and hardware upgrades for small businesses and residential clients.

I am skilled in deploying Windows Deployment Services and have developed custom tools to streamline system upgrades. Training peers and customers on software administration and hardware operations is a key part of my role, and I have trained over 250 individuals.
