Data Analyst & Operations Coordinator

I am a Data Analyst and Operations Coordinator with experience in operational analytics, MIS reporting, and dashboard development. I am skilled in Python, SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel for data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting. I have supported large-scale operations, monitored SLAs, and provided clear reports to management. I am based in the UAE and immediately available for new opportunities.

In my recent role as Project Coordinator and MIS Analyst, I coordinated annual maintenance operations for over 65,000 DLP projectors across 14 districts in Kerala, India. I managed operational support for more than 30 field engineers, ensuring SLA adherence and high service quality. I successfully handled and closed over 8,500 service calls, improving turnaround time and customer satisfaction.

I designed and maintained structured Excel-based MIS reports for SLA tracking and performance monitoring. I generated and verified invoices for consumable spare parts and service activities, tracked and controlled inventory of spare parts and projectors, and coordinated packing, dispatch, and couriering of spare parts and serviced projectors to field teams.

I developed Power BI dashboards and reports for review meetings and AMC performance evaluation. I utilized vendor and engineer portals to track end-to-end complaint resolution and service status. Additionally, I supported recruitment, onboarding, and training of field engineers.

Alongside my coordination role, I have experience as a Computer Science Tutor, teaching over 50 higher secondary students the CS curriculum for Grades 11 and 12, covering C++, Python, SQL, JavaScript, PHP, and computational thinking. I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to drive operational excellence and business insights.
