About me

I am a motivated and detail-oriented professional seeking an opportunity to apply my skills and contribute to organizational success while continuing to grow professionally. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, I have developed strong technical and analytical skills that support my work in monitoring and evaluation as well as engineering assistance.

Currently, I serve as a Monitoring & Evaluation Staff at DAR Eastern Samar, where I lead routine data collection, validation, and quality assurance processes. I develop data collection tools, conduct field monitoring visits, and manage M&E databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. My role also involves analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to assess project performance and impact.

I prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and donors, producing data visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making. I document lessons learned and best practices while ensuring compliance with donor reporting standards and organizational policies. I integrate gender, inclusion, and accountability considerations into M&E systems and collaborate closely with program, finance, and operations teams to strengthen results-based management.

Previously, I worked as an Engineering Assistant/Bookbinder III at DPWH Eastern Samar, supporting engineers in design, site supervision, and technical documentation. I also have experience as a Technical Facilitator at DSWD, where I provided technical facilitation to communities in planning, design, and implementation of sub-projects under the KALAHI-CIDSS framework. This included preparing technical plans, conducting site assessments, facilitating community meetings, and monitoring construction progress.

I am hardworking, perceptive, honest, disciplined, and responsible, with a passion for learning and adaptability. I possess good interpersonal and communication skills and am proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. I have attended various seminars and workshops related to environmental and social safeguards, occupational safety management, and community empowerment activities. I am fluent in English, Tagalog, and Visayan, and I am committed to supporting community-driven development and sustainable project outcomes.
