My name is Jesica, and I strongly believe in the power of self-awareness as a key tool for personal and professional success. As a lifelong learner, I value continuous learning as a fundamental driver for growth and achievement. I support individuals, leaders, and teams in processes of self-awareness and self-leadership, emotional management, communication, strategic habits, and personal and professional planning. Through the coaching process, it was possible to identify weaknesses that hindered effective decision-making, restructure the work team, improve assertive communication, recognize and transform inefficient areas, and achieve a stable organizational and personal balance. After transitioning from the gastronomy industry, I undertook a process of professional reinvention, supported by travel, self-reflection, and ongoing education. This journey led me to develop a strong interest in communication, continuous improvement, teamwork, and creating meaningful impact on individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset. I currently work as an Ontological Coach with experience in soft skills, leadership, self-management, and communication. I have a proven ability to design, plan, and facilitate dynamic, practical training programs. I also bring experience in group facilitation, individual support, and process evaluation. Additionally, I am able to translate and interpret in English.
