I am a seasoned Learning & Development and Change Management leader with over 15 years of experience driving Capability Development, Organizational Enablement, and transformational initiatives across corporate, retail, and startup environments. Throughout my career, I have successfully led national teams of over 20 people and managed cross-functional projects focused on system adoption, performance improvement, and alignment with business objectives and KPIs.

My expertise lies in designing and implementing scalable Learning Strategies, Leadership Development programs, and transformation projects that emphasize measurable impact, operational efficiency, and sustainable cultural change. I have a proven track record of coordinating with multiple departments such as Commercial, Trade Marketing, and Marketing to ensure cohesive execution and strategic alignment.
