I am an entrepreneurial Director-level leader with over 20 years of proven success scaling revenue across EMEA in high-tech, digital transformation, and sustainable agriculture sectors. My expertise lies in translating complex climate-tech and Agri-solutions into market momentum, from C-level partnership development to hands-on sales execution. Throughout my career, I have built partner ecosystems from scratch, consistently exceeding targets and driving multi-million-euro revenue growth at companies such as Oracle, LinkedIn, and various AgriTech ventures.

Currently, I spearhead the EMEA commercial expansion for EF Polymer Global, focusing on advanced water-saving polymer and bio stimulant solutions in sustainable agriculture. I manage the full commercial lifecycle, including market entry strategy, C-level partnership development, and customer success at scale. I also build strategic alliances with distributors, Agri-cooperatives, and key growers to accelerate the adoption of climate-resilient farming.

Previously, I worked as a Conversion Specialist at Pathmonk, leveraging AI-driven CRO platforms to improve website conversion performance for B2B SaaS and growth-stage clients. I applied machine learning segmentation and behavioral analytics to optimize visitor journeys and identify high-value content.

As Head of Sales, Innovation & Production at My Greens, I owned the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for premium microgreens and hydroponic seedlings, managing P&L across sales, production, and operations in a high-growth vertical farming environment. During my tenure as Director of Infrastructure Solutions EMEA at Oracle, I built the Oracle Embedded Partner Ecosystem from zero, recruiting and enabling over 60 channel partners across EMEA and CIS regions. I grew recurring embedded revenue significantly and held P&L accountability across 25+ territories with full forecasting responsibility.
