Chargée de Recrutement IT

I am a dedicated IT Recruitment Officer with experience in identifying recruitment needs and proactively sourcing qualified candidates, particularly through professional social networks. I have successfully managed the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring transparent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. During my tenure, I recruited over five IT profiles including developers and testers.

Beyond my professional experience, I am actively engaged in associative work focused on environmental protection and cultural promotion. I participated in field activities to raise awareness about pollution and organized educational events to promote environmental protection.

I co-founded a nonprofit club named “Artistic Animo,” which combines art and intellectual activities such as music, theater, dance, debates, and board games, fostering creativity and cultural exchange among motivated members.

Academically, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Recruitment at Iscod, France, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Université Jean Monnet, Saint-Étienne.

I am fluent in French and have professional proficiency in English, which supports my ability to work effectively in diverse environments. I am passionate about recruitment and human resources, aiming to contribute to organizational growth by attracting and retaining top IT talent.
