I am an operations professional with over 4 years of experience specializing in international medical transport and insurance assistance. My work has involved managing complex logistical operations across multiple regions, ensuring that medical transport solutions are both medically appropriate and cost-efficient. I have developed strong skills in data analysis and process optimization to support business decisions in a global environment.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working with operational data, KPI tracking, and dashboard development. I am proficient in Excel, Power Query, and SQL, and I am currently expanding my expertise in Python and other data analytics tools. I am motivated to apply analytical thinking to solve real business problems and continuously improve operational processes.
