About me

I ’m a senior HRIS/HCM and payroll Programme & Project Manager with 15+ years delivering complex HR and payroll transformations for Australian government, education, healthcare, utilities, and retail organisations. I specialise in fixing troubled HRIS and payroll implementations, stabilising post–go‑live environments, and bringing clear governance and vendor accountability to high‑risk programmes.

My experience spans SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, RCM, ONB), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fieldglass, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, MS Dynamics and related HR/payroll stacks, combined with deep knowledge of Australian payroll, Fair Work, EBAs, and public‑sector frameworks. I’m hands‑on: I write the PID, build realistic plans, chair governance forums, challenge vendors on MSA/SOW obligations, and stay close to cutover and BAU handover rather than managing through layers.

I operate as a fully remote, APAC‑aligned consultant, based in Thailand and working 6am–6pm local time for strong overlap with Australia, Singapore, and wider SEA. This gives clients senior, Tier‑1 delivery capability without on‑site overheads. My approach blends PRINCE2 and Agile/Lean techniques with a documented AI‑augmented toolkit to accelerate analysis, documentation, RAID management, and reporting while keeping decisions and accountability with your leadership.

Typical remote engagements include:

Diagnostics and recovery roadmaps for failing HRIS/payroll programmes

Independent health checks and go‑live readiness reviews

Governance and vendor/contract (MSA/SOW) reviews to regain control of major HR/ERP initiatives

HRIS/payroll operating model and process design (RACI, workflows, controls)

Interim programme/project leadership to stabilise delivery until a permanent structure is in place
