I am a Talent Operations Architect and AI Recruitment Automation Specialist with over 10 years of experience designing and scaling talent acquisition systems, workflow automation infrastructure, and compliance-first recruitment operations across APAC and UK markets. My expertise lies in Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) recruitment governance and ATS administration, working extensively with platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, and Ashby. I have a proven track record of delivering significant capacity increases without headcount growth, substantial agency fee avoidance, and maintaining zero compliance incidents under stringent regulatory frameworks including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and PDPA.
