Mobile Mechanic / Retail Supervisor

I am an adaptable professional with over 10 years of experience in customer service, currently transitioning into a supervisory role in retail. Throughout my career, I have developed proven expertise in conflict resolution, team leadership, and payroll administration. I am committed to applying my transferable organizational skills to support employee needs and enhance operational efficiency.

In my current role as a Mobile Mechanic at SR Automotive Mobile Service, I perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, battery replacements, suspension work, and transmission fluid changes. I provide convenient services directly at the customer’s location, ensuring high-quality and timely automotive care.

Previously, I worked as a Personal Caregiver and Companion at Living Angels Home Care Services, where I assisted elderly clients, including those with Alzheimer’s and dementia, with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I provided companionship and ensured a safe and comfortable environment for my clients.

I also have experience as an Event Coordinator for Triad Dragons/Global Dance, where I organized event details including timelines, speaker coordination, venue bookings, catering, audiovisual setup, and on-site management of vendors and staff. This role honed my organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Team Lead and Supervisor at Wendy’s, overseeing daily operations during shifts to ensure speed of service, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
