I am a multilingual development professional with over 10 years of experience supporting and managing UN and international development programmes. My expertise lies in project coordination, external partnerships, capacity development, donor reporting, and monitoring & evaluation. Currently, I serve as a Programme Associate at UNODC Tajikistan, where I support the implementation of the Central Asia Regional Programme focusing on transnational organized crime, drug trafficking, and terrorism prevention.
Throughout my career, I have successfully coordinated multi-stakeholder initiatives involving government, law enforcement, and civil society. I have organized and supported high-level regional trainings, conferences, and missions, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes. Building strategic external partnerships with national and international stakeholders has been a key part of my role.
I have also led administrative operations for large teams and managed programme budgets effectively. As an active contributor to inter-agency processes under the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework, I am recognized as a focal point for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). My strong cross-cultural communication skills and commitment to development goals allow me to adapt and thrive in diverse operational contexts.
In my previous roles, I have managed programme and financial planning, procurement, recruitment, and coordination with law enforcement and government counterparts. I have compiled and reported data for annual reviews and stakeholder reporting, contributing to UNODC’s World Drug Report and internal knowledge products. I am experienced in organizing and overseeing conferences, field missions, workshops, and consultative meetings.
I am passionate about promoting women’s leadership and have served as President of the Women’s Association within CCI Tajikistan. My background in economics, linguistics, and cross-cultural communication complements my professional skills, enabling me to deliver results in complex international development environments.
