I am Alice Seddiki, a passionate food entrepreneur and sushi chef with a deep interest in cooking, especially Asian cuisine. From a young age, I have been fascinated by culinary cultures such as Italian and predominantly Asian cooking. Over the years, I have gained diverse experiences in different paths and domains, but my passion for cooking has always been a constant driving force.
Alongside my leadership duties, I worked as a chef and trained as a sushi chef, contributing to the restaurant by introducing new dishes and improving existing ones. I specialized in Asian dishes such as gyoza, Japanese curry, shrimp soup, and Korean-style fried chicken, which deepened my passion for Asian cuisine.

I also produce simple and attractive food content through photography and videos. This role has helped me develop strong time management, communication, and teaching skills. and teaching various ages from kids to teenagersyouth and even old student about sushi and asian cuisine generally
