I am a Program Manager with extensive experience in business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination within multinational environments. I have a proven ability to optimize workflows, implement KPI tracking systems, support operational readiness, and drive process adoption through effective stakeholder management and continuous improvement initiatives. Throughout my career, I have managed end-to-end workflows across production, design, and QA teams, ensuring execution readiness, process reliability, and on-time delivery.

I have developed process documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and KPI tracking systems that have significantly improved team readiness, visibility, and execution accuracy for teams of over 10 members. I have supported quality assurance and compliance initiatives through standardized reviews, issue tracking, and process governance, contributing to enhanced operational standards.

My leadership experience includes managing the transition and onboarding of offshore teams, notably a 5+ member team in India, helping to develop scalable QA functions. I have worked with global teams across multiple markets including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.K., Germany, and France, supporting content localization and workflow improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.

I am proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite, and I am skilled in process documentation and KPI reporting. My language skills include native Spanish and advanced professional working proficiency in English. I am currently pursuing a Licentiate Degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Costa Rica, complementing my Bachelor in Advertising Design from Hispanoamericana University.
