About me

I am Rita de Cassia Soares, a Brazilian professional with experience in administrative routines, customer contact, backoffice operations, and HR support. I have worked in environments that required organization, attention to detail, and consistent service delivery.

My background includes supporting clients with scheduling, technical support, document analysis, and contract handling. I have also worked with business clients in telemarketing and backoffice roles, where I managed requests, reviewed documentation, and helped ensure SLA compliance.

I have experience in the healthcare sector, where I performed administrative and HR-related tasks, contributed to company strategy, and supported accounting procedures such as payments, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.

In addition, I have worked with HR responsibilities in full scope, handling the functions associated with the role and supporting internal processes. I also have experience reviewing production documentation in the pharmaceutical industry, including lot changes, 5S practices, and good manufacturing practices.

My technical skills include Office Suite, SAP MM module, Corel Draw, internet tools, and Power BI at an intermediate level, with advanced Excel knowledge. I am comfortable working with documentation, dashboards, and operational controls.

I am currently pursuing Environmental Management and have completed high school. I am looking for opportunities in administrative support, HR, backoffice, financial, or data-related roles where I can contribute my experience and continue developing professionally.
