About me
I am a motivated professional with a solid foundation in customer support and administrative operations. I genuinely enjoy solving problems, managing client relationships, and constantly learning new technical skills to stay ahead.
I currently combine hands-on experience in fast-paced environments with my ongoing Business Administration studies at Tbilisi State University. I focus on applying academic concepts to real-world challenges and improving the way I support customers and teams.
In my customer support role, I handle live chat and phone interactions, provide friendly and high-quality service, and make sure every customer issue is addressed carefully. I also work with KYC verification and document review, which has strengthened my attention to detail and compliance awareness.
I take ownership of complex cases and stay with them until they are resolved. I am comfortable working in busy environments, staying organized, and keeping accurate records of every conversation and case I manage.
Previously, I worked in sales and administrative support, where I reached out to potential clients, maintained business relationships, and helped keep office operations running smoothly. I managed invoices, prepared documentation, and coordinated communication between office staff and construction teams.
I bring a mix of customer service, administrative coordination, sales support, and technical skills. I am especially comfortable with SQL, Oracle Database, and Microsoft Excel, and I am currently expanding my knowledge of C#.
