About me

I am bilingual in Korean and English, and I value clear communication in both written and verbal settings. I enjoy translating complex technical needs into practical guidance that customers can understand and use effectively.

I hold a B.S. in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.8 GPA. I also have volunteer experience in a hospital setting, which strengthened my service mindset and attention to detail.
