About me

I am a results-driven IT professional with more than 14 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise helpdesk support. I specialize in Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure, and I am comfortable working in remote, global environments.

I currently work as a Microsoft 365 & Cloud IT Specialist at Sysamic K.K. in Japan, where I administer Microsoft 365 services, support around 500 users and 1,000 managed devices, and manage device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment through Microsoft Intune.

My background also includes extensive experience at SoftBank Corp., where I supported Microsoft 365 services for internal users, handled Windows updates and system maintenance, and provided L1/L2 helpdesk support through a ticketing system. I have strong hands-on experience with PC setup, configuration, deployment, and hardware inventory management.

In addition to Microsoft technologies, I have worked with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. I am also certified in Azure Fundamentals and AWS Cloud Practitioner, which supports my cloud-focused technical profile.

I speak English, Japanese, and Nepali, and I have experience supporting multilingual and international teams. I hold JLPT N1 and TOEIC 725, and I am comfortable collaborating across time zones and using remote work tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
