 Open/close the store while assigning the sales staff task to complete the “open/close checklist”
 Use a performance checker to analyze and manage daily sales
 Train sales representatives while giving daily updates, clothing education, and task delegation
 Provide ideas and feedback to boost daily sales

 Create cheer routines, stunts, and tumbling passes
 Teach teamwork, motions, correct form (tumbling, motions, stunts), responsibility, and accountability
 Work with families, children, and interested athletes
 Create team workout wear, bows, shirts, and uniforms
 Recruit and advertise team with Facebook, Instagram, local businesses, and near schools

 Work directly with the human resources department’s recruitment manager
 Conduct interviews, personnel assignments, and global recruitment
 Manage the entire hiring process, as well as onboarding, joining procedures, and final feedback
 Attend daily conferences and scheduled webinars
 Conduct preliminary rounds, document gathering, and support for additional rounds

 Provide counseling and support for our 20 student mentees and mentors
 Develop, implement, and supervise a minimum of 2 events each month for members to participate in
 Plan a minimum of 4 community service opportunities per semester for members to participate in
 Plan 2 bonding activities per semester amongst members
 Establish and maintain positive, respectful, and appropriate mentoring relationships with participants
