About me

Hello! My name is Newton Taluskie. I am based in Central Florida (EST). I am in search of a role using my previous experience working in Onboarding and Customer Success for Saas companies. My previous role was a Customer Success Manager with a health management software developed in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. During my time in Success, my role was that of a liaison between the customer and Product. Since regulations and compliance were changing so quickly, it was my job to advise the Product team on what projects or features needed to be changed. This meant owning the conversation with the client about cost, timeline and scope from beginning to end. In my role as a Senior Onboarding Specialist with MINDBODY, I was working with our French speaking customers daily. With luck I will find a good fit to implement my Client Success and technical skills with my French language abilities once again.

As a Customer Success Manager I provide businesses, event spaces, and educational bodies
with the tools to manage the COVID-19 pandemic. Cleared4 is a cloud based software that allows
end users to upload vaccination information or testing proof to manage safety and compliance
protocols. In this role I am responsible for engaging and training customers to implement this
platform seamlessly for their businesses. This role requires not only technical skill and customer
service but a willingness to adapt to a constant changing atmosphere of regulations and
guidelines. I work directly with our product development team and executive staff to insure that our
clients are fully compliant with state, federal and local guidelines, which requires a constant
knowledge on these ever changing regulations. As a remote employee in a field recently created
to navigate these challenging times, this role has required self discipline and ability to problem
solve on my own.

At MINDBODY Inc. I worked with new and existing wellness studio owners who are developing or
expanding their business in an online format. Working with both French and English clients allows
me to use my customer service skills while exploring the world of business development, as some
as some clients have not made concrete decisions about their studios. MINDBODY allowed me to
blend my love of fitness with my technical abilities to help clients all around the world make their
business become more user friendly and thus profitable. In the Senior Onboarding specialist role I
was versed in the designing, customizing and technical training for clients who purchased a
custom branded application. In this role I used extensive knowledge in the construction of the
application process, in addition to working with Apple to adhere to their Apple Developer Account
