Partnership Growth: Spearheaded communication & outreach to establish & nurture partnerships with a wide array of community organizations. Cultivated & maintained 120+ active partnerships, contributing to the organization’s mission of arts access for all.

Program Expansion: As Community Coordinator, achieved a 200% increase in active partnerships and audience reach from 2010 to 2020 by collaborating with communities and partners to enhance outreach strategies and better serve their constituents.

Program Leadership: Oversaw and coordinated the full life cycle of 50+ touring theatrical productions and events. This included visioning, planning, logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and staffing, with meticulous documentation of all plans, procedures, communications, tracking attendance and audience/community feedback.

Strategic Planning: Developed and maintained a comprehensive Annual Season Calendar encompassing all productions, events, and workshops. Established detailed task breakdowns and deadlines to ensure the successful execution of organizational goals.

Diversity and Inclusion: Served as the staff lead for the organization’s Anti-Racism Initiative, “On Belonging,” actively contributing to the organization’s commitment to anti-racism and decolonization practices. Additionally, facilitated key programs such as the Intern, Artist Residency, and Audience Integration (Ambassador) Programs to foster greater inclusion and diversity.
