– Led successful launch of Someday is Here, a leadership collective startup for AAPI Women.
– Co-led annual SIH Summit. Managed event program, organized panels & affinity groups, and acted as liaison to panelists and sponsors.
– Built programming for SIH podcast episodes. Co-hosted and facilitated monthly Zoom events with the founder, collaborating with guest AAPI activists, authors, and content creators.

– Managed and implemented regional projects across the West Coast division including: recruitment, partnerships, DE&I and innovation projects. Achieved measurable results that were scaled and implemented nationally across 150+ divisions.
– Designed and authored cultural competency training, which was implemented organization-wide and presented at the annual Global Leaders Training, training over 300 new employees internationally.
