Position: Customer Success Manager ANZ

Location: Remote Home-Office from Australia or New Zealand

Your Mission

As a Customer Success Manager you’ll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise clients, including global accounts, with presence in the ANZ region. Your goal: retain and expand accounts by proving the business value of coaching.

  • Own the journey – steer onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion with your sales partner.

  • Translate goals into action – craft activation plans, define success metrics and build coaching playbooks that deliver measurable results.

  • Advocate for clients – channel feedback to Product, coordinate with internal teams and resolve issues before they become problems.

  • Lead strategic reviews – showcase ROI, uncover growth opportunities and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Educate & inspire – run workshops and webinars that embed coaching in L&D, leadership and transformation initiatives.

  • Live our coaching culture – share best practices, support peers and keep learning yourself.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role

  • Consistent record of hitting retention and growth targets in a fast‑moving environment

  • Executive presence and confidence engaging VP/C‑level stakeholders

  • Data‑driven problem‑solver who turns insight into action

  • Growth mindset, self‑organisation and comfort with change

  • Familiarity with HR, Learning & Development or coaching is a plus
