The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for driving the organization’s analytics strategy and overseeing the execution of key analytics initiatives. This role provides both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in developing data-driven solutions to support business decisions. The Lead Data Analyst manages analytics projects, defines methodologies, selects tools, and collaborates closely with stakeholders and the broader Data & AI team to deliver impactful insights.

Responsibilities:
- Analytics Strategy and Execution
- Develop and lead the implementation of the organization’s analytics roadmap and initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Define and enforce standards and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Decision-Making and Innovation
- Select appropriate analytics tools, methodologies, and frameworks based on project goals.
- Guide the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
- Identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements and innovation across departments.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Data & AI team for analytics initiatives.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.
- Present findings, dashboards, and reports to leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.
- Support capacity building within the analytics team by introducing new tools, technologies, and approaches.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead analyst role.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and statistical programming (e.g., Python, R).
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and analytics solutions in a business environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Background in Agile/Lean methodologies and experience implementing DevOps at scale.
- Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse).
- Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and their application in business intelligence.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
Compensation and Benefits:
