Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and ensure flawless in-store execution, with a strong focus on customer relationship management, promotional planning, and coordination of field activities.
Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager responsible for central negotiations and distribution centers to ensure alignment and synergy.
Manage and monitor a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring regular visits and a strong in-store presence.
Execute annual customer plans to develop category potential and maximize commercial opportunities.
Build strong relationships with store managers; align on promotional calendars, secure orders, and define product assortment and promotional space.
Oversee in-store execution, including assortment checks, promotional island setups, and compliance with display standards.
Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and promotional results to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic actions.
Prepare regular sales reports and support accurate forecasting and promotional effectiveness analysis.
Coordinate with distribution centers and wholesalers to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
Travel in the assigned territory ( Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria) to ensure client visit.

Qualifications:

University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales as Sell Out Specialist or Jr KAM
Strong understanding of retail dynamics and promotional mechanics.
Good analytical skills; proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a natural relationship builder.
Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Fluent in English
Availability to travel within the assigned territory
