Licensed Health Plan Advisor (Remote)
Position Overview:
Bloom, the insurance industry’s trusted growth partner, is seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Health Plan Advisor to join our team for the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7). In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll play a vital part in educating, qualifying, and enrolling prospects into health plans—all while upholding Bloom’s top-notch quality and compliance standards. We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
· Help people choose a health insurance plan that fits their needs.
· Talk to customers on the phone to answer questions and explain plan options.
· Make and take phone calls to help with sales and customer support.
· Give correct and clear information while following company rules.
· Work with team members and managers in a respectful and helpful way.
· Show interest in building a sales career by actively engaging with customers and continuously improving sales skills.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED
· Prior sales or customer service skills preferred
· Active Health and Life Insurance license required
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Able to stay motivated, work hard, and find solutions to problems
· Communicates well with others and works well on a team
· Pays close attention to details
· Good at solving problems
· Manages time well and can work independently
· Comfortable using computers and switching between websites
