We are currently looking to hire experienced HR Professionals to join our UK team on a fixed term basis. You will join an experienced team who provide operational support to the UK&I DXC team in relation to a wide variety or projects and HR related cases. You must have previous experience in a similar role and be based in the UK however this role will be remote.
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, assisting with specific projects and tasks.
- Advise and coach leaders in HR issues
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the efficient execution of HR services and tasks, including workforce optimisation, talent management, pay, reward and recognition, change management, wellness and belonging etc.
- Assist in HR policy development and provide guidance to employees.
- Support HR Operations teams in managing HR cases
- Address complex employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution.
- Support HR leaders with special projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on various activities.
Basic Qualifications
- Three or more years of human resources experience
- Experience working with human resources principles, practices and procedures
- Experience working with corporate and legal employment-related policies
- MS Office skills β Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
